Description
24" (61 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, blue side-glancing eyes, grey lower eyeshadow, side painted lashes, single-stroke arched brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, shaded lower lip, brunette mohair wig in extended braids, felt arms and legs, jointing at shoulders and hips, slender elongated torso and limbs. Condition: generally excellent, tiny moth hole on nose and one on dress. Marks: Lenci (cloth label inside dress). Comments; Lenci, circa 1935, Series 200. Value Points: wearing vibrant and fresh original costume of yellow felt gown with variegated colorful felt applique flowers, organdy sleeves, pink scarf with applique flowers, undergarments, and knee-high red leather boots with appliques.
