11" (28 cm.) Wax shoulder head with blue glass eyes,painted facial features,closed mouth,inserted blonde mohair wig,muslin body,wax over paper- mache lower arms and legs,orange painted boots. Condition: good,chip on corner of shoulder plate,nose rub. Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value Points: the little doll wears original (frail) costume of Vivandiere who brought sustenance to the troops at war.
