Description
12" (30 cm.) Of lustrous brown silk,the straw-filled polar bear is
posed upon four cast iron wheels for pull-along play,has amber glass
eyes,brown embroidered nose and felt paw pads. Very good
condition,some wear to pads. Probably Germany,circa 1925,the cast
iron wheeled bears were made by many German firms during the 1920s
and 1930s,including Robert Unger,Fleischmann & Blodel,Carl
Harmus,and H.J. Leven.
