Description
13" (33 cm.) -17". Each is all cloth with flat-dimensional face
having printed features and curly blonde locks from the
illustrations of Maud Tousey Fangel (three with blue eyes and one
with rarer brown eyes) and two having additional blonde yarn
braids; each doll has stitched-on cloth body costume and matching
sewn-on cap (two with added brims). Condition: generally
excellent,some light fading. Comments: Georgene Averill,circa
1940,the doll was marketed as "Sweets". Value Points: rare and
all-original dolls with wonderful variations of costume/body
designs.
