Each has firmly stuffed stockinette stitched-on head,painted brown shaded hair,painted blue eyes with black or brown painted lashes and brows,detailed lips,stitch-jointed arms and legs,oil-painted arms and legs,blue stockings with black painted shoes,nicely costumed. Condition: very good,original finish on each. Marks: (original Ella Smith stamp on each). Comments: Alabama Babies from the cottage industry of Ella Smith,circa 1910. Value Points: rare small size models with brilliantly painted blue eyes.
