26" (66 cm.) Paper-mache shoulder head with black sculpted hair in
center part and short curls waved behind her ears,painted blue
eyes,feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with center
accent line,muslin stitch-jointed body,leather arms. Condition:
generally excellent. Comments: American,circa 1860. Value Points:
rare model has original finish,and is wearing fine antique homespun
costume,undergarments,stockings,and leather shoes,vintage photograph
brooch.
