20" (51 cm.) Paper-mache shoulder head with plump face,blue glass
inset eyes,painted lashes and brows,accented nostrils and eye
corners,closed mouth with center accent line,brunette mohair
wig,muslin stitch-jointed body,leather arms with stitched and
separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Comments:
Germany,circa 1880. Value Points: fine lustrous patina on the wide-
eyed girl,wearing multi-layered antique costume,included ruffled
brim sunbonnet.
