Description
19" (48 cm.) Each is hand-sewn of black and cream cotton sateen depicting the early versions of the comic strip characters,having padded armature arms and legs,over-sized four finger hands,stitched on ears,embroidered mouth and whiskers,original stitch-attached costumes,caps and shoes,and with unusual pom-pom styled eyes. Condition: very good,dusty,unplayed with. Comments: circa 1935,from the original patterns designed by Charlotte Clark,or early Clark studio dolls. Value Points: rare and wonderful whimsical presentations of the beloved Mickey and Minnie Mouse in their earliest style.
