Description
15" (38 cm.) Each is all cloth with oil-cloth flat-dimensional
faces having printed features including large eyes with side-
slanted eye cuts,triangle nose with defined stitch outline,mouth
with red center,reddish/brown yarn hair,muslin body with stitch
jointing at shoulders,elbows,and hips,with sewn-on stockings and
shoes. Condition: good/very good. Comments: marketed as Sis and
Buddy,from American Toy and Novelty Mfg Co,circa 1940,the dolls
were designed to capture the Raggedy Ann market. Value Points: the
cheerful and hard-to-find dolls wear their factory-original
costumes.
