20" (51 cm.) All-cloth doll with stitched-on oil-painted stiffened
head with side seam,shaped nose,oil-painted complexion,short brown
curly hair and facial features,large brown thickly-outlined eyes
with defined eyeliner,feathered brows,closed mouth,blushed detail
of cheeks and chin,outlined ears,softly-stuffed body with
distinctively-shaped buttocks,stitched and separated fingers and
thumb. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American,late
19th century. Value Points: wonderful doll with original
finish,large entrancing eyes,original costume.
