Description
47" (119 cm.) A two-wheel wooden sulky with upholstered seat has
hidden pedals for operating the cart,while appearing to be pulled by
a carved wooden horse; the horse has a hinge at throat which
connects with the wheels allowing the horse to "turn" when the cart
turns. The horse and cart have original painted finish,with dappled
accents on the horse,original canvas harness,upholstered seat,and
even the original buggy whip. Excellent condition. A wonderful and
well-detailed American child's toy,circa 1885.
