Description
22" (56 cm.) Very firmly stuffed cloth doll of plump
proportions,having unusual extra seam lines at the top torso and
throat,and at the crown of the head,pen-illustrated outline of
hair and face with painted enhancement,brown painted eyes and
outlined,feathered brows,outlined nose and mouth with accent dots
on each lip,blushed cheeks and eye lids,outlined ears,very plump
body,stitch-jointing at shoulders and hips,nice old costume.
Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American,maker
uncertain,body construction suggests commercial production,early
20th century.
