Firmly-stuffed brown cotton cloth doll with center- seam face giving slight shaping to nose and chin,embroidered eye whites and teeth,black embroidered eyeliner,lashes and brows,red embroidered lips and nostrils,black fleecy yarn hair,stitch jointing at shoulders and hips,stitched mitten fingers and separate thumb. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American,early 1900s. Value Points: well-preserved doll with detailed facial embroidery,original calico costume,apron,undergarments,stockings,leather shoes,bandana,vintage photograph brooch,and carrying little antique knit doll with knitted-on costume,and embroidered facial features.
