12" (30 cm.) x 9"w. (17" when opened). A wooden fitted box with Art Nouveau designed paper cover hinges open at the beveled window front to reveal a well-fitted millinery shop, containing not only finished bonnets in a variety of styles, but also original fabrics, rattan, and accessories for decorating the hats. Excellent condition. French, circa 1900.
