21" (53 cm.) Black paper mache head of cheerful man with brown
glass inset eyes,black sculpted brows,pointy nose,hinged jaw,two
rows of modeled teeth,tongue,carton torso enclosing
mechanism,jointed arms,dressed in wool checkered suit in a very
dapper manner. Condition: structurally excellent,original facial
finish,mechanism not working. Comments: Germany,circa 1900. Value
Points: designed to draw attention to a store window or
display,the gentleman,when working,turns his head in a jovial
manner,taps his walking stick,and moves his jaw up and down.
