14" (36 cm.) Pink-tinted bisque socket head,small blue glass sleep eyes,painted curly lashes,short feathered brows,accented nostrils,open mouth in wide smile,with modeled tongue and two porcelain beaded teeth,brunette mohair wig,composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent,original firing line at back of head from crown rim. Marks: 3 _ Heubach (sunburst mark) Germany (and indecipherable model number). Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1912. Value Points: great expression of the laughing child enhanced by impressed cheek dimples,nice antique costume.
