19" (48 cm.) including base. Earthenware shoulder head of woman with
sculpted hair in long flowing wind-blown curls,enamel inset
eyes,closed mouth,hemp-wrapped body,earthenware sculpted fingers
posed expressively with defined leg musculature and feet. Condition:
very good,flake on nose,paint wear on legs. Comments:
Neopolitan,early 1800s. Value Points: the angel has attached carved
wooden wings with painted gesso finish and fine feathered
