14" (36 cm.) All-wooden doll with bedpost-shaped wooden head,carved
definition of nose,inset oval-shaped enamel eyes,painted thin line
brows and mouth with tiny hint of teeth,wooden block torso with flat
back,wooden arms and legs,early plaid costume and bonnet. Condition:
original painted complexion and features on head,arms and legs are
not original. Comments: England,circa 1780. Value Points: petite
doll has beautiful painting,blush spot on cheeks.
