Description
20" (51 cm.) Thick wax over paper-mache shoulder head,pale blue
glass inset eyes with darker blue iris rims,feathered brows,slightly
parted lips with four tiny inset eyes,blonde hair inserted into
wax,muslin body with wax over paper-mache lower limbs,green silk
costume. Condition: overall very good,except deep craze on far left
side of face to the back shoulder plate. Comments: Germany,circa
1875. Value Points: rare modeling of mouth with slightly parted lips
and porcelain teeth,beautiful face and hair.
