Each has earthenware shoulder head with sculpted hair and facial features,hemp-wrapped body and sculpted hands and feet; the woman with brown sculpted hair with chignon and red hair band,painted features,elaborate silk costume; and the man with bald pate,sculpted curls at the sides,enamel eyes,and original silk costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Neopolitan,early 1800s. Value Points: very expressive faces and well-detailed hair,original silk costumes.
