22" (56 cm.) Solid domed poured wax shoulder head of slender-faced
lady with angular features,pale blue inset eyes in deeply-set
sockets,aquiline nose,closed mouth with firmly-set lips,blonde hair
inserted into scalp,muslin stitch-jointed body,poured wax lower
limbs,black velvet costume. Condition: there is restoration on the
shoulder plate. Comments: English,maker uncertain,circa 1890. Value
Points: entrancing highly distinctive portrait like face.
