16" (41 cm.) One-piece wooden head and torso with slender oval
face,elongated throat,shapely bosom and waist,brown enamel
eyes,painted facial features,brows,accented nostrils,closed
mouth,glued-on brunette hair with floral coronet,dowel-jointing at
shoulders,elbows,hips and knees. Condition: generally
excellent,some old repainting. Comments: Continental,18th century.
Value Points: superb expression on the haughtily-posed
face,shapely body,and wearing fine original costume. Ex-Collection
