plate,almond shaped brown enamel inset eyes,dark eyeliner,painted
lashes,brush-stroked and multi-feathered brows,accented nostrils
and eye corners,closed mouth with outlined full lips,pierced
ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,French shapely kid poupee
body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (artist's red
checkmarks on head). Comments: Jumeau,circa 1875,his portrait
poupee whose facial model evolved into the first portrait model
bebe by that firm. Value Points: very beautiful model with rarer
brown eyes,superb antique wig,wearing fine aqua silk gown with
extended train,lace and pearl trim,matching
jacket,undergarments,aqua kidskin shoes.
