12" (30 cm.) x 8" A wooden box with faux-leather surface,the lid
decorated with decoupage and ormolu mounts,opens to well-fitted
interior containing brass stencils,threads on wooden
bobbins,embroidery threads,carved bone tools,canvas
samplers,scissors,thimbles and little boxes of accessories. With
mirrored back edged in cord and blue silk ribbon ties throughout.
Excellent condition. French,circa 1890.
