13" (33 cm.) Firmly-sculpted head of gentleman with brown sculpted
hair waved from face in 18th century romantic style,into short
curls at the back,brown enamel inset eyes,painted facial
features,aquiline nose,closed with well-defined lips,firm cloth
body with sculpted hands and lower legs. Condition: generally
excellent. Comments: early 1800s. Value Points: the handsome
gentleman wears original well-appointed couturier-quality costume
of silks and velvets,with silver buttons and fitted leather shoes
with silver buckles. Property of the Strong Museum.
