8" (20 cm.) Solid domed bisque swivel head with painted light
brown baby hair and brows,small blue glass sleep eyes,painted
lashes,accented nostrils,closed mouth with center accent
line,chubby bisque torso,loop-jointed bent bisque arms and legs
with expressive fingers and curled toes. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: c.1924 E.I. Horsman Germany 37 (head) 37 (inside
arms and legs). Comments: Tynie Babe,circa 1924,the model was
offered by Horsman in various styles: this all-bisque model (in
various sizes),bisque head only,or as a composition baby. Value
Points: rare model in unusually large size,wonderful quality of
bisque with great expression.
