35" (90 cm.) Bisque socket head,brown glass sleep eyes,dark
eyeliner,painted lashes,brush-stroked and feathered brows,accented
eye corners and nostrils,open mouth,outlined lips,four porcelain
teeth,pierced ears,brunette mohair wig,composition and wooden
ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent,original body
finish albeit some scuffing. Marks: S&C Simon and Halbig 90.
Comments: Franz Schmidt,circa 1910. Value Points: most appealing
gentle expression enhanced by fine matte bisque on the hard-to-
find model,wearing black velvet Sunday suit with silk
shirt,undergarments,shoes,stockings,and hat,carrying toy horn.
