11" (28 cm.) Bisque socket head with rounded facial shape,blue
glass inset eyes with spiral threading,dark eyeliner,painted
lashes,feathered brows,rose-blushed eye shadow,shaded
nostrils,closed mouth with center accent line,pierced ears,blonde
lambswool wig over pate,original composition and wooden eight-
loose-ball-jointed body with flat-cut derriere and straight
wrists,antique costume,undergarments,stockings,black leather shoes
with silk rosettes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SCH (in
shield,on head and derriere) 4/0 (head). Comments: Schmitt et
Fils,circa 1880. Value Points: wonderful petite model with most
endearing expression,beautiful bisque and painting,original body
and body finish.
