Description
8 1/2" (22 cm.) diam. Each is of cream soft-paste with decorative
border of dainty flowers in scrolls,enclosing colorful pastel
scenes,one depicting a young lad writing a letter for a woman,and
the other depicting three children in party costumes dancing merrily
to the music of the nearby violinist. Excellent condition.
French,circa 1900,a rare pair of decorative plates with wonderful
scenes.
