17" (43 cm.) Peach sateen flat-dimensional face except shaped nose
and slightly-bulged painted round eyes,triangle-shaped painted
brows,thin line mouth with red accent,yellow yarn hair,muslin
stitch-jointed body with brown flannel hands and black flannel feet.
Condition: very good,some fading. Marks: The Strawman by Ray Bolger
of the Wizard of Oz,Ideal Novelty and Toy Co. (original paper
label). Comments: Ideal,circa 1940. Value Points: rare doll wears
complete original costume and has original paper label.
