8" (20 cm.) Lithographed tin dimensional figure of Popeye with
yellow pipe,hinged legs for movement,attached tattooed arms holding
parrot cages,small wheels at base of cages. When wound,Popeye
vigorously walks forward. Excellent condition,mechanism functions
well. American,Marx,circa 1930.
