17" (43 cm.) Bisque socket head with light brown complexion known
as "cafe-au-lait",brown glass sleep eyes,dark eyeliner,black
painted lashes,black brush-stroked brows with feathering
details,rounded nose tip,accented nostrils,open mouth with coral-
painted lips,four porcelain teeth,pierced ears,black mohair
wig,brown composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: 1358 Germany Simon & Halbig S&H 6.
Comments: Simon and Halbig,rare model from their 1300 series,circa
1910. Value Points: very beautiful flawless bisque,enhancing
decorative glaze on lips,original body with fine original
finish,wonderful antique costume.
