Description
26" (67 cm.) Wooden armoire with carved crest decorated with bronze
mounts has double doors which open to a well-fitted interior
comprising original folded and tied linens; the inside doors have
label indicating a trousseau for bebe size 7 or 8,with the necessary
costume elements. Excellent condition,unplayed with. French,circa
1890,the armoire was presented in French Etrennes catalogs of the
1890 era,and offered in three sizes,this being the largest and most
luxurious of the models.
