26" (66 cm.) Bisque socket head,round blue glass sleep eyes,painted
lower lashes,wavy brows,accented nostrils,open mouth with outlined
lips,two porcelain upper teeth,blonde mohair bobbed wig,five-piece
composition toddler body,well costumed in vintage sailor suit.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S (pb in star) H 8 made in
Germany. Comments: Schoneau and Hoffmeister,circa 1915. Value
Points: the wide-eyed expressive features are enhanced with fine
quality of bisque.
