Description
6" (15 cm.) One-piece bisque head and torso,over-sized crown with
bald pate,painted facial features,O-shaped blue eyes,tiny button-
shaped nose with blushed tip,tiny mouth with downcast lips,modeled
white smock,loop-jointed arms,legs jointed inside smock and having
large modeled blue slippers with holes for cloth ties,antique baby
smock. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany 15 (bottom

Twelvetrees (original paper label). Comments: Germany,circa
1920,designed by an American artist whose illustration work
featured this stylized child. Value Points: rare pristine
condition,with original added smock and paper label.
