14" (36 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head,sculpted short brown
hair in boyish fashion,blue glass sleep eyes,painted lashes and
brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with pouty
expression,accented lips,composition and wooden ball-jointed
toddler body with side-hip jointing,nicely costumed in brown
velvet suit with lace trim,brown stockings,saddle shoes.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Fany 230 A 3 M. Comments:
Marseille,circa 1915. Value Points: rare little character doll
with wistful expression that is most appealing,toddler body with
original finish. Ex-collection Vienna Puppen and Spielzeug Museum.
