12" (30 cm.) Pink-tinted bisque socket head with loop
attachment,sculpted short blonde hair,intaglio dark blue side-
glancing eyes,short feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth
modeled as though open and laughing,with outlined lips and two
lower teeth,composition upper torso forming into cone-shaped skirt
with wheeled base and containing clockwork mechanism,composition
arms,original costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2
Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1910. When wound and
lever released,the doll merrily glides forward and in
circles,crying "mama". Value Points: all-original rare toy,with
expressive face perfectly complementing the actions which are
well-functioning.
