17" (43 cm.) Bisque socket head,blue glass sleep eyes with heavy
eyelids,painted curly lashes,short feathered brows,accented
nostrils of little rounded nose,closed mouth with pouting
expression,mohair wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler
body with side-hip jointing,antique costume. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: Dip S&C Geschutz. Comments: Swaine,circa 1912.
Value Points: most appealing expression,rarer toddler body with
chubby tummy. Included is an early and well-loved Steiff teddy
bear with blank button in ear.
