17" (43 cm.) All-cloth doll with pressed and oil-painted facial
features and hair,dark brown hair waved across the forehead,shaded
brown eyes with painted spiral accents,black and brown upper
eyeliner,tinted brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth in pouting
expression,stitch-jointed arms,disc-jointed hips,separately-sewn
thumbs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Kathe Kruse (?)377

1915. Value Points: most endearing expression with deeply-defined
features and fine original painting of face and hair,early costume
