18" (46 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with lightly-tinted
complexion,short black sculpted finger curls,blue painted eyes in
deeply-set sockets,black and red upper eyeliner,single-stroke
brows,accented nostrils of well-defined nose,closed mouth with
hint of smile,deeply-impressed cheek dimples,old muslin stitch-
jointed body with porcelain lower limbs,flat black shoes with
tassel ties. Condition: generally excellent. Comments:
Germany,circa 1860. Value Points: very rare sculpted dimples
enhanced further by deeply-set eye sockets,original body and
porcelain limbs,beautiful antique costume.
