25" (64 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder
plate,blue glass inset eyes with rich spiral threading,dark
eyeliner,painted lashes and brows,accented nostrils and eye
corners,closed mouth with pale outlined lips,pierced ears,blonde
mohair wig over cork pate,French kid poupee body with gusset-
jointing at hips and knees,bisque lower arms and hands. Condition:
bisque excellent,few patches on body,arms not original. Marks: 8.
Comments: Gaultier,circa 1875. Value Points: very beautiful face
with fine pale bisque,splendid eyes,wearing superb antique cream
cashmere gown with elaborate silk and lace
trim,undergarments,stockings,shoes.
