19" (48 cm.) Bisque socket head,round blue glass googly sleep
eyes,dark eyeliner,painted curly lashes,arched one-stroke
brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with
watermelon-slice-shaped smile,shaded lips,brunette mohair bobbed
wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body with side-hip
jointing. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 165 - 9.
Comments: Hertel and Schwab,their Jubilee model,circa 1918. Value
Points: rare large size of the endearing googly with very
expressive face,fine quality of bisque and painting,antique
costume,original toddler body and body finish,and owning her own
vintage teddy bear.
