3" (8 cm.) w. largest. Each is enameled porcelain with metal frame and hinge,and hand-painted scenes or designs,including a garden scene with colorful flowers and scrolls marked "Sceaux" with blue crown symbol,a design of urn centered by pair of lovebirds and surmounted by the message "Peace and Love",and a colorful seaside scene of fishmonger and housewife with the message "New MacKrel! New MacKrel". Excellent condition. Mid-1800s.
