21" (53 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial
features of plump-faced young toddler,blue side-glancing
eyes,painted upper lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed
mouth with coral-shaded lower lip accented with two white
dots,blonde bobbed mohair wig,jointing at shoulders and hips,plump
toddler body. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Lenci,the
model appeared in the 1928 catalog,presumably the first of the 500
series. Value Points: rare model is wonderfully-preserved,with shy
mischievous expression,wearing original red felt romper suit with
wide front pocket embroidered "Susi",red felt shoes,socks,and
Lenci undergarment.
