Description
6" (15 cm.) -8". Of golden or brown velvet with painted spots and
facial features,the pair of Dalmatian dogs,one standing,one
seated,have stitched floppy ears and felt stuck-out tongue.
Excellent condition. Marks: Made in England Dean's Rag Dismal
Desmond (and English and American registrations). The dismal-faced
dog was designed in 1926 by Ian Hassall,and created in a wide
variety of medium,Chad Valley holding the rights for production of
the little velvet stuffed version.
