Description
8" (20 cm.) x 7" pillow. Resting upon a green velvet pillow with
cord edging,is a golden velvet lion with mohair mane,felt ears,black
shoe-button eyes,wire armature tail with velvet cover. Fair
condition,velvet on cushion very worn (original color visible under
lion). Germany,Steiff,circa 1900,very rare earliest production by
the illustrious firm.
