22" (56 cm.) l. 12". h. An angled wooden box unfolds to form into a
presentation of carnival swing rides for dolls,having fancily carved
cornice,seat for conductor which hides the music box,and four
double-sided wooden swings that suspend from the ceiling,each swing
containing a pair of all-bisque glass-eyed dolls with original
matching pairs of costumes,and a larger all-bisque girl as
conductor. Excellent condition. Stamped No.240 on base. French,circa
1900,a rare and charming toy that is wonderfully preserved.
