Description
10" (25 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder
plate,grey glass sleep eyes,dark eyeliner,painted curly
lashes,arched feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye
corners,closed mouth with center accent line,blonde mohair wig
over plaster pate,plump torso with defined musculature,bisque arms
with curled right hand fingers,peg-jointing at shoulders and kid-
lined hips,jointed knees,tiny ankles,painted white stockings with
magenta ties and blue ankle boots with black lacing and heels.
Condition: generally excellent,small restoration by lower side
edge of left upper leg,small flakes at left arm stringing hole.
Marks: 1111(head and back of upper legs). Comments: Kestner,circa
1880. Value Points: extremely rare model with jointed knees in
larger size,beautiful face and bisque,original wig.
