19" (49 cm.) Bisque socket head,painted facial features,shaded
dark blue eyes,heavy upper eyelids with thick dark eyeliner,one-
stroke tapered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with shaded
full lips,brunette mohair braided wig,composition and wooden ball-
jointed body. Condition: generally excellent,few very minor wig
pulls at side upper rim. Marks: K*R 101 49. Comments: Kammer and
Reinhardt,circa 1909,"Marie" from the firm's art character doll
series. Value Points: exceptional quality of sculpting on the
desirable model,with very beautifully-painted features,original
wig,body and body finish,nice antique costume.
