14" (36 cm.) All-carved wooden doll with socket head, intaglio rounded eyes with upper- glancing white eyedots, black single-stroke brows, feathered brows, upturned rounded nose, closed mouth in beaming smile with row of six painted teeth, coral-shaded lips, brunette human hair braids, wooden spring-jointed body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Schoenhut, their model 303, circa 1915. Value Points: rare model with wonderful expression, original painted finish, original Schoenhut shoes.
